Return/Refund Policy
There are NO refunds on any advertising packages purchased between a property owner and Corporate Housing by Owner. All sales are final after your order is processed.
CHBO Guarantees individual property owners will rent their property within three months from the time they purchase their listing on CHBO or CHBO will extend their annual listing an additional 6 months for free. Notice must be received in writing after 90 days and not exceeding 120 days from the original purchase date.
Corporate Housing by Owner will provide you with everything you purchased and make sure it is working properly. We will also maintain the quality of the website and your listing.
