The quality of your rental experience is very important to us. By providing accurate and timely feedback on the property you rented, you help us assure that properties represented on the site meet our highest standards.

Therefore, each property listing includes a rating "score" which represents an average of the ratings given by all tenants who rented the property through CHBO.

Leaving accurate reviews and comments about your rental experience also gives other potential tenants a good idea of what to expect when they rent in the future. In your review, you may address the condition of the property, the ease of rental, and the quality of business practices. All comments and reviews become a part of the property profile. The ratings are located at the bottom of the property listing.

Providing a rating is easy. Simply click on a number from 1-5 and include a brief comment.
