Corporate Housing by Owner™ is committed to hosting only listings that contain acceptable content. This “acceptable use” policy is a material part of any agreement with Corporate Housing by Owner for provision of its services to business and consumer customers. Please read the acceptance use policy below and follow it. The policy may be revised from time to time, but customers must agree to the following:

The user who adds content, either text or pictorials, can be held accountable and the listing can be terminated from the site. Corporate Housing By Owner is not required to give a warning for removal of a listing with no refund. Please carefully review the content you submit and use good judgment.

In order to keep Corporate Housing by Owner a first class Web site for respectable users, we use a content filter. As an owner, make sure your listing is attractive and contains up-to-date information. This will make your property appear more prestigious and desirable. Corporate Housing by Owner recommends that all of our users abide by the Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity (FHEO) guidelines established under Federal Law and governed by the US Department of Housing Development.
